You can make a booking by completing the enquiry form or alternatively you can contact us via telephone, email, Facebook or Instagram for further information and to confirm availability. Once you have decided on the items you would like to hire, we will send you a booking form to complete (including our terms and conditions). We will then confirm your booking in writing following the receipt of deposit payment.
What type of payment options are available?
We accept payment in cash, bank transfer or Paypal.
How much deposit will I have to pay for my order?
We require a (non-refundable) deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount can vary depending on the hire items required. The deposit is also deducted from your final balance. The remainder of your payment (including our security deposit) is to be paid on the date of your event. This can be either cash, bank transfer or Paypal.
What is a security deposit?
To ensure our items are taken care of whilst out on hire we require a cash security holding deposit when the items are delivered/ collected. This amount varies depending on what items are hired. This is fully refunded once the items are collected/returned in the same condition as to which they were delivered/ collected and at the agreed time and date stated. Should any damages occur then we will discuss this with you.
Do you deliver? Is this included within the pricing?
We include free local delivery for larger orders. However, delivery charges may apply within the surrounding areas.
Do you offer customer collection?
We offer a collection service on many of our items which allows you to collect directly (this does not apply to several of our larger items, so please ask for further details) and discounts maybe applied if this option is preferred.
How do I order the cakes and balloons?
We have a separate cake page which is ‘Cake Creations by Michelle’ for you to contact if you wish to order any cakes. To order balloons as part of a package, please order via the options above.
Can I make any changes to my booking?
If you would like to make any changes to your booking. Please confirm in writing within 7 days of your event. This allows us time to make those required changes.
